OoooooHhh My Job Experience

It’s been a while since my last post on my blog… & now I have a time to spend to write about my current update n bla. Bla bla… ( I am in the office, spending my working tyme by writing tis blog!)

Such a GREAT workers (17/09/2013- less than 13 days before I can considered myself as an employee yg berstatus tetap di company ni))

After I through all interviewed session for a past few months at last I got an offer to work wif a big company as an Admin Clerk (ambil sajalaaa…)

Actually the salary is not worthy as I supposed to get after graduated from university (kononnya) but for the sake of experienced and as a mile stone “Batu Loncatan” for me to go further to the next level I juz agree wif the offer and I worked until today.

It’s almost 3 months I worked wif tis company and tis month will be my last probation period for 3 months. Actually I am waiting for another offer and interview session from another company, especially from Gov (SPA) or from Banking sector.

As a fresh graduate, I don’t have any idea what I am doing during my 1st week. But after guided by a helpful secretary and my clique, I managed to understand and suited myself wif the environment.

Syukur Alhamdulillah after a few months here, I understand why there is less company want to hire fresh graduate. Some of them think that fresh graduate have no knowledge about the works that the company usually do

 I(O.o)/

But for me the reasons given mostly are true and until now I am still facing a problem in identifying my mistake in every work that I did. For now I am given a task in preparing a “minute meeting” for every week. It’s quit difficult for the first time, especially If u didn’t know the Microsoft excel very well. Most of the information’s are linked to the Microsoft word and every single week I have to update the information as up to date.

Anyway it is something that can be learn by “freshy” just like me.

Anyway if you are facing same problem or a same boat wif me, u will be grateful cuz you will learn something new that you never learn or even heard about it before.

As usual the most annoying thing that ever happened in everywhere that you go or dealing with is your “clique’s” or working partners or your BOSS/LEADER.

Drama, conflicts, miss-communication, misunderstanding, and etc are the reality which every worker has to face unless you are working with an animals. HEHE.. J J

Sometimes it can be happen in every single days and it will makes you out of your mood. That happened when you work together with your clique and when problem occured, your clique will blame each other unless there is someone want to bear all the consequences caused by them.

m(0.o)m

Anyway what can I conclude here is where ever you go, you might found something that can be part of you in term changes of your attitude, patience, mentality, thinking, believe, integrity and etc. These factors will take you whether more to the positive side or vice versa. For me what you have to do in dealing with this entire situation is be yourself and don’t pretend like the other people. When it is not you, it is not easy for people around you to accept you the way you are. Let them know what you like and dislike. Be someone who can be easily to mingle and by doing that people will be more comfortable to communicate wif u.
Anyway for those fresh graduate, gud luck and don't waste ur time sitting at home doing nothing.. its totally waste your time and income you supposed to get for the period during your employment.
